Tivoli Village (”Village”) is Las Vegas’ premiere off-strip, outdoor, retail destination. It is owned by Great Wash Park LLC. The Village’s architecture is modeled after centuries-old European design. The Village takes up to approximately 28.43 acres of land in the Summerlin Community in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is just 15 minutes from the strip. The Village was designed to make you feel as if you are wandering the streets in Italy while shopping.
The Village was first planned in 2005 and was originally going to be named the Village at Queensridge. The Village's construction began in 2006. However, as Las Vegas was severely hit by the great recession, the Village did not open until spring 2011. The second phase of construction began in fall 2013. This second phase was completed in fall of 2013. The plans for the Village are condos and even a small hotel.
Tivoli Village offers office space, high-end and affordable retail, casual and upscale dining. Additionally, several community events are held each year at the Village.
Some of the Village's best restaurants are Brio, Tuscan Grille, Canter’s Deli, Hamptons and much more. Also, you can get a gourmet, Belgian, breakfast at the Waffle Bar.
There is something for everyone at the Village. For the Children there is Kidville. Kidville hosts birthday parties, classes, and a safe environment for your children to play. And for the adults, their are high-end stores like Dimanti Fine Jewelers, and the women’s clothing store Angl. Also, the Village has specialty stores, like the Paper Source. The Paper Source features one-of-a-kind selections of beautiful artisan papers, holiday cards, specialty gift wrapping paper, and custom stationery.
The Village offers year-round events. Some of the more popular events are movie nights, trivia night, concerts, symphony and even guided Yoga. They also provide a fitness program for new mothers called “Stroller Strides.”
